Project Name:Water and Sanitation Development Project - Conditional Liquidity Support Grant(CLSG) II

Othaya-Mukurweini Water and Sanitation PLC has received funding from the Water Sector Trust Fund  financing from the WorldBank toward the cost of the Water and Sanitation development Project-Conditional Liquidity Support Grant (CLSG) II, and intends to use part of the fund to undertake the following works.

The company hereby invites bids from eligible firms to undertake the following works:

1. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect   the Tender   Documents during office hours from 8a.m to 1 Pm and 2pm – 5 Pm from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays at the address given below.

2. Tenders shall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty-six (126) days from the date of opening of tenders.

3. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

4. Mandatory pre tender site visit on 3^rd of December 2024 at 11.00 Am (East Africa Time)

5. The bidding document in English may be downloaded free of charge from the company’s website www.omwasco.co.ke  or www.tenders.go.ke.  Interested bidders who download the document should send their particulars to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.   submitting the following details:Name of the tender, Name, Firm, Address, Telephone number(s) and Email address before the closing date.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11^th December, 2024 at 11.00 Am (East Africa Time).

7. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

8. Completed tender should be clearly marked with category and description in a plain sealed envelope and deposited in the tender box at the main office addressed to.

Tender documents will be opened immediately afterwards at OMWASCO’S board   in the presence of bidders or their representatives who will be present.
