How to pay your bill

  1. You can pay your water bill(s) through M-Pesa, via Equity or via the Cooperative Bank
  2. You should have valid water bill particulars (INVOICE NO OR A/C NO) in order to pay for water bills and or other water services.

LIPA NA MPESA PROCEDURE

  1. Select “Pay Bill” from the M-Pesa menu.
  2. Enter OMWASCO business number  968200
  3. Enter your five digit water account number
  4. Enter the amount you wish to pay
  5. Enter your M-Pesa PIN.
  6. Confirm that all details are correct.
  7. You will receive a confirmation of the transaction via SMS.
